Did you know sleep apnea effects 1 in 5 adults? Untreated sleep apnea can take 7-10 years off a person’s life. Not to mention the symptoms experienced with untreated sleep apnea such as daytime fatigue, morning headaches, difficulty concentrating, memory problems, and depressed mood. CPAP therapy is not the only option for treatment. Oral appliance therapy is a proven highly effective treatment option for sleep apnea.
